Time isn't precisely synced up here and in Chicago so Reba hasn't been gone as long as she's been gone. At least she hasn't on her end. Christmas is over but 1982 hasn't started yet. Lucian's not going to stay in bar for very long, given the day, but he's left a few packages. His means are somewhat limited, so they're rather small gifts.

For Spoon:
A thank you note, a number of gold beads, and puppy chow.

Reba tries the door every day. Every day so far she has rattled the door and then turn around to head back upstairs or to find food. However this time she rattles the knob and says "Anyone here willing to take a short note down?" as the door swings very slightly open.

For all that the only Decepticon left on Earth is Scorponok, Ironhide is firmly convinced that the others will be showing up eventually- and without the Allspark to go after, they're going to be out for pure vengeance. Reba has a different book when she settles down at a table. This one is somewhat thinner than the other was and her lips twitch into a smile more often as her fingers trace the letters. She has an empty plate of food with just a few stray vegetables left on it and a glass of red wine which has been mostly drunk.

Lucian is, if nothing else, quite tired.

He's taken up residence in a booth, thoroughly enjoying his present company, which consists of a cup of tea. He looks slighter gaunter than usual, and more than a little more wary.

What with territorial fights and Dreams, he'd quite appreciate some relatively normal company.
